Easter three day body design workshop Friday  April 14th to Sunday April 16th.

It’s spring! It’s Easter ! Time for some twisted upside down  fun  and  getting  ready   for  creating your   summer  dazzle  beach body. Bring your friends and come shake it with me on a 3 day workshop retreat that you won’t regret !!!   If you love  doing  my dances  in the Studio  just imagine  what its like by  the  Sea !!! My Signature  body design  will  have three  hours  a day of Fettle Fixup, Synco Sticks and Focus Force  fun filled classes followed by a 45 minute  Aerial rebound high in the sky session !  In the afternoon we can go on my famous Can Go run by the beach ! That’s not all; I’m taking the kids and their parents for a game of fitness clones late in the afternoon and following that by an evening  talk to everybody about Food, Fashion, Fitness and Feeling Great. Then we can all enjoy our scrumptious dinners thinking healthy. On top of this all, I will also have my Tops and Leggings for sale. I can’t wait to see you all !!!
